Description:
We cannot blame Adagio for having fallen for a pun in this kettle's name (VarieTEA) given just how tea-centric it is with its five clearly-labeled tea temperature push-buttons, such as 165F for green tea or 195F for Oolong. There's a 30-minute keep-warm timer and the 1500 watts of power sound like they should get that tea up to speed in a reasonable time -- but we did not notice a built-in tea steeper basket (as found in many other tea kettles). It also somewhat hurts that it doesn't feature the popular 200F setting for French Press coffee, but it is VarieTEA, after all.
